1970 Pontiac Lemans Sport Convertible. 400 V8 3 speed automatic. Numbers matching with all original drive train. Power tilt steering, brakes and top. Hot heat and Ice-cold original Frigidaire Air Conditioning! I won"t go on and on about how Beautiful this original, numbers matching classic is. The photos speak for themselves and even though the photos are great the car is prettier in person!. I bought this from a classic car dealer in northern Wisconsin this past summer 2020 and believe I am the third owner including the dealer who had it for only a few weeks. The paint is original color, Baha Gold and was repainted in 1998 and still look fantastic as well as the power convertible top Though the car was excellent when I bought it I have made a few upgrades: I removed the original intake and 2 bbl carb and installed an Edelbrock Intake and 650 cfm 4 barrel carb with open chrome air cleaner. Removed original single exhaust and installed new Summit Racing long tube black headers with dual aluminized exhaust with Flowmaster 400 series mufflers Installed new wires, cap, rotor, plugs, Got rid of points and installed an electronic ignition and coil. Installed Edelbrock Chrome Valve covers, lower dash mounted triple gauges for oil pressure, temperature and charging voltage. Installed new front brakes and rotors, new rear brakes and wheel cylinders. Installed new rear HD coil springs Installed a brand new windshield (original had two tiny stone chips in it) While windshield was out had lower dash painted as it was beginning to fade a bit where bottom of windshield meets it. Installed new Gabriel shocks all the way around. The electric trunk lid release works. The front footwell and rear courtesy lights work also. Instrument cluster lighting and tach lighting work and dims with headlight switch as shown in photos. AC blows Ice-Cold and heat blows HOT! The clock does not work, needs new electric motor. I installed a Grant wooden steering wheel and yes horn works. The original wheel is included and is in excellent condition. Flushed, filled cooling system, added new thermostat. Flushed and filled Transmission, changed filter and pick-up. New motor oil and filter. Installed a new Electrosound 4 speaker period correct stereo system with Sirius satellite radio 2X USB ports and Bluetooth hands free calling. Car is completely serviced and ready for cruising! Would drive anywhere! Runs and rides like a newer car of its time. The car also includes the 5 original Pontiac rally style rims with new white-wall tires on them! One of which is the spare in the trunk. All original parts included with car: Intake manifold, 2bbl carb, air cleaner assembly, exhaust manifolds, steering wheel, AM radio etc. Many documents are included with the car, like build sheets window sticker, etc. The car is located at my home Near Cleveland Ohio. This car is super-clean inside, outside and underneath! The body lines are laser straight, doors hood and trunk lid open and shut as they would have when new. I don"t believe there ever has been any rust or bondo or body work and all floor panels and trunk floor seem to be original and very clean.
