This 1970 Pontiac GTO 455 HO,. is being relisted because the winning Bidder of this GTO on a previous listing failed to to perform. I am relisting this for a friend, who is very sick at the present time. He is very upset and sorry for those honest bidders being Bamboozled by a phony Bidder. This a 1 owner car and comes with the original Oregon title, Protect-O-Plate and owners manual. This GTO is one of only 1968 GTO,s with the special 455 HO, that sold with automatic transmissions including about 14 Judges with 455 HO,s. This GTO has sat for many years and looks good from 10 feet, but has a few issues. The body is straight and a has couple of small rust spots, but an easy repair. The Endura bumper is in great shape and body appears to have no major accidents. The motor does not run, but looks to be 100 percent complete. The GTO must be trailered. This has the numbers matching motor with the #64 heads and dual snorkel breather cover. The GTO has sat for a few years and looks good from 10 feet away, but like all 50 year old cars it has issues. The Body is real straight and has some small rust spots. The Trunk floor has some rust has a couple of spots, as shown in the pictures, along with the original Jack, spare tire, Oregon license plates, and the original hub caps. The interior is original and the springs/padding in the seats are in great shape but will need recovering. No major cracks in the dash pad. Dash is nice. Head liner has a tear on one seam. The console is good. The floor pans will need to be replace or repaired. The window glass is all good and is the SunRay ( Tinted ). The Rearend is a 12 Bolt posi (Safety-Trac). The owner later on Bought the Rally II,s that are on the GTO now. This a no reserve listing. Sold as is. $500.00 down payment within 72 hours of winning bid through Paypal.
