The time has come to sell my 1970 Plymouth Belvedere. I suppose you can classify this as one of those ""barn finds"", As it"s been sitting tucked away collecting dust, Off the road for almost 30 years. I do not know why it listed the vehicle under the roadrunner model, However this is a GREAT candidate for a clone! I have all of the paperwork dating back to the original sale of this vehicle brand new off the dealership in 1969 from the Original owner. This vehicle has been sitting since 1994" on jackstands off the ground. The car now has a 318 with a small cam, The engine is VERY HEALTHY, And there is no reason why you would not be able to keep the entire drivetrain in the car if you"re looking for a runner/driver while you restore the rest. The rear was changed out for a posi rear (still have original rear aswell). This vehicle is COMPLETE, And all lights/signals work. The car currently has a jug of fuel and a line ran to it, And starts right up. This car is not road worthy right now as the brakes would need to be gone over, And the fuel lines quick hooked back up correctly to use the fuel tank. The car DOES start/move around my property!
The rear lower quarters are rotted, As well as the rear frame rails. All of this could easily be fixed by someone with knowledge. I unfortunately have 30+ customer cars, And no time. I do not want to be another (i"ll restore it some day) owner, And have the car completely rot away as years go by. This car is WORTH fixing ! The car is complete, Comes with MANY extra original parts, Hubcaps, Glass, ETC. ALL trim is there and everything.
