Vehicle description
1) This is NOT a "Cuda. It is dressed as one right down to the rear valance and exhaust tips! It was born a 318 car. 2) This IS a rotisserie restored car. It took 1 1/2 years to do. NOTHING was overlooked. 3) this car has NO RUST ISSUES nor did it. Look at the pics,we are in the desert coastal plains of deep S.Texas. 4) This car was done 8 years ago and NEVER STARTED until about a month ago. It has about 300 test and final tune miles on it only.
Now about what is her for sale. This is a very nice car that needs nothing to go and have fun with right this second!. She starts right up and the cam bumps pretty well. Then push in the clutch and go. Engine, trans and rear end ( 3.56 gear sure grip posi trac ) were all COMPLETLY rebuilt to the highest standards. The pistol grip shifter is just plain fun to shift. Up shift or down shift it is perfect!. The throttle response is outstanding ( 750 Holley double pumper). The ONLY thing I don"t care for is that it has factory type exhaust on it that includes the resonators , and it is just too quiet. I will install FLOWMASTER type mufflers at no cost BUT I keep what is on it now! Let me know. At this level I am certain that you will, and should, have questions. CALL ME! ! This great car is as nice underneath as it is on top! As I said, it was rotisserie restored. It didn"t just get a paint job! Every nut, bolt, screw, wire, brake line etc. has been addressed! I will post trunk pics on Monday. . . out of town till then.
This car is NOT for the faint of heart. The powertrain is period correct and bumped up some. It has a serious case of wanna go!
