1970 442 pace car 1 of 268 made . I bought this car for an OLD lady who was the original owner . She was a well to do nurse that walked into a show room floor back in May of 1970 looking for a Cutlass coupe and sitting on the show room floor was this GEM !
After I bought this from her estate aprox 10 years ago I began a frame on restoration . The car has its original matching number engine that was completely rebuilt as well as a matching turbo 400 auto trans . The car was completely taken down to its metal and repaired where needed then a 15000 custom paint job was done to match the original color . The stripes match how it looked back in 1970 . I have pictures from the owner the day the car was brought home . In the pictures you can still see the sticker price on it .As you can see all chrome throughout the car was redone as well as new exhaust, tires ,weather stripping ect .
