! ! This is a 1970 Mercedes-Benz 280 SL pagoda That has been a one owner vehicle since the past 25 years and is in amazing condition in and out. . The car has been purchased by me roughly 2 weeks ago and I have personally driven The car directly after payment 100 miles to my home and the car literally runs fantastic everything is fully functional brakes headlights taillights blinkers fuel gauges pressure gauges tachometer speedometer etc. everything is in full working order mechanically The car has one multiple awards for its originality the gentleman drove the car back and forth to Rhode Island and west Florida with two sets of service records there and here in Florida His statement was that it has been more of a preservation than a restoration and that’s what mostly took my interest there are also records with the previous owners information the car is well documented since 25+ years the paint faces up nearly perfect and the interior is in excellent shape as well The car speaks for itself with pretty bold authority really don’t want to sit here trying to make you bid or buy with a long drawn out story from the seller but the man was pretty stand up and in his mid-80s multiple magazines with him in the vehicle in it multiple awards well documented super clean rare and unique I am not a Big Mercedes guy but I know this is a winner with all due respect please do not bid if you are not serious don’t want to relist and play the game it just makes me look bad please understand thank you . . . .
