1970 Ford Mustang Coupe is presented with a freshly completed restoration. The car started as an extremely rust free California car that needed almost no metal work. There were only two patches that were needed, one area was the battery apron and there was a very small patch in the trunk floor and brand new fuel tank was installed as well. Other than those two minor areas, this car wears its all of its original sheet metal! The interior was freshened with new seat covers and dash pad cover. The rest of the interior is in extremely nice condition! The engine is a late model roller cammed 5.0L that was freshened internally. A Holley carb and v-belt conversion was added for a period correct look. A rebuilt AOD overdrive transmission and torque converter was installed as well. This is factory manual front disc brake car all of the mechanicals are new or reconditioned, rare factory tinted glass was added as well! Magnum 500 wheels do have some small imperfections and are wrapped in brand new Cooper Radial tires. My long term customer built this car for his daughter, so no corners were cut, they just ended up going in a different direction so the car is up for sale. The only thing this car needs is a new owner! !
