This beautiful classic Ford truck from Santa Fe, New Mexico was originally purchased from Goodro Ford in Denver, Colorado on October 24th 1970. The Ford extended warranty of 5 years, 50,000 miles was purchased for $15.00. The truck lived with the same owner until 2019. I moved it down to Albuquerque to care for it.
My professional mechanic and I fully serviced and gave this absolutely beautiful vintage truck a good old fashioned buffing to bring out the original paint patina. Very powerful, complete, original and fun truck to own and drive. It"s like the one in the film "The Strangers, prey at night."
The truck will pull your vintage camper trailers just like it was designed to do. Very quiet ride, sturdy, stable twin I beam suspension makes the truck ride and handle like a dream. Doors both lock with the same key. Dual fuel tanks. 4 speed with stump pulling first and reverse gears. The truck drives great at freeway speeds. It has patina rich dents and scrapes. 97% rust free. The mileage is correct, the speedometer is accurate. New tires, brakes, freeze plugs, rebuilt carburetor, windshield and rubber gasket. the current receipts adding up to over $2500.00. Comes with original owner hand book and other documents. soft pliable door and window rubber.

Unlike the Ford 352 V8, the Ford 360 was used almost exclusively in the Ford Truck F-Series models; however, the cams used in the Ford 352 V8 and the Ford 390 V8 were placed in the Ford 360 to give the F-Series a similar, optimal performance of other Ford cars such as the late 1950s model Thunderbirds and late 1960s model Mustangs as well as Mercury models which included the Monterey and Meteor. The Ford 360 engine ended its run in 1976 as Ford used the 351 and 400 CID in their sixth generation of F-Series trucks from 1977 until 1979. In 1976, the F-Series started its streak as the best selling truck series in the United States. Because of the quality and popularity of Ford trucks, the 360 remains a popular engine for truck enthusiasts who maintain any number of the fifth and sixth generation Ford F-Series.
