Vehicle description
Road Rich Motors is proud to present this stunning C10 resto-mod pickup! This incredibly restored shortbed truck features a long list of custom parts that includes: 6.0 LS2 with 525HP, fuel injected and dyno tuned with West Coast ported heads, Doug Thorley ceramic coated headers, Fast 102 intake, fuel rails, and big mouth throttle body. The LS2 is mated to a 4L60 transmission with billet disc torque converter. The frame was stripped, smoothed, and epoxy painted. A rear mounted fuel tank was added. Stopping power comes from a 4 wheel Wilwood system and the brake and fuel lines are brand new. Suspension was also covered in this extensive build, and an Airlift Performance digital air ride system was installed, along with front and rear sway bars to further enhance the handling. Power goes to the Nitto tires on 20" Foose custom wheels through a 12 bold 3.73 gear rear end. There is a center dash mounted digital air ride controller installed in the cab.
The interior, by Velocity Restorations, is stunning and the attention to detail from the seat shape to the custom knobs and buttons.
Many classics and restomods may look and sound great, but are not enjoyable to drive (at least not long distance). The goal with this pickup was to build a powerful and fantastic sounding C10 that can be driven on the weekend or long distance and still be enjoyable. With the suspension setup, modern brakes, and the throaty sound and surprising punch from the LS2 along with the smooth shiftting 4L60 trans, this is a truck that you will want to keep driving more and more!
