I bought this Charger in 2014 as a stalled project roller. Originally a 383 auto, AC ,Plum color , it was in primer with front seats redone ,recored radiator , new vinyl top ,and all the show chrome wrapped up in 1985 newspapers . When I got it home I found that the body was near Perfect ,looks to have born with doors, fenders ,trunk ,hood ,title says 73K miles. Bottom of this car has not been painted ,You can see how nice it is. I had High End base-clear in correct Plum paint custom 440+6 hood graphics done. Rebuilt a 1968 440 with factory domed pistons ,906 heads, small Lunati cam ,vintage Edelbrock ,New carburetors , correct exhaust ,bell housing , Shifter console , and trans.,3;89 Posi. , front Disc. 15" rally wheels, All R/T trim , AM/8Track , and the other 100 things needed when building a car and trying to make it nice. It"s all new. I have built 100+ cars in 50 Years I have had my shop ,finish them don"t drive them . This one has been driven about 100 miles in the last 5 Years. Few Day 2 things, Valve covers ,air shocks , Lakewood bars, some under hood chrome. Good oil pressure , Runs and drives Good and Every show I have taken it to it got at least 1 trophy . Now the bad ,Nothing big, I do not have blower motor, Needs some detailing ,and sorting, couple of the small around window trim pieces. I do not have fender tag or build sheet, but Im not trying to sell it as a real 440+6 . Please read this carefully as I have tried to describe it best way possible . call6094200039.
