“Up for sale is a gorgeous 1970 Challenger RT/SE 440-6 pack 4 speed with a 3:54 dana. This is a real deal v code 4 speed. The car is extremely original with what looks to be all original body panels. The car is from new mexico and was painted in the early 90's. The paint and body are extremely nice. This is a turn key car you can drive to any show and get compliments The floors and trunk are are very solid. I don't think the car has ever seen the snow or rain.Supposedly the original owner blew up the engine within weeks of buying the car so the matching numbers engine is long gone, fortunately it is a warranty replacement block date coded to the car within weeks of the build date. The trans is original to the car. There were 135 440-6bbl 4 speed RTSE challengers ever produced, I'm sure less than half of them are still in existence. That being said, I think this RT/SE has one of the more striking color combinations left in existence. Please call with any questions you have. 248-212-2724” |
