About this vehicle This 1970 Buick GranSport is an original. The owner has had it for 1 year. The vehicle runs great and is mainly used for car shows. Seller"s Notes Rhode Island does not require and does not issue titles to cars 20 years and older car will be sold with bill of sale and copy of current Rhode Island Registration. Thank you Vehicle Details Early build September 1969 . Harvest gold paint dark gold vinyl top with pearl white bucket seats and wood grain console and wood grain shifter. Full gauges and tach dash all in working order. Car has had 1 repaint and top replacement in 1980s. Vehicle has 106,xxx miles. Needs typical a body repair lower fenders and lower rear quarter behind rear tires. Radiator support needs repair at battery area otherwise very good, I will include in sale the sheet metal kit to repair radiator support. Car has been in long term dry storage since 1996 it has had one owner since 1972-2021. My goal was to have a nice stock car that I could take to Audrain museum cars and coffe events in Newport RI I love unmolested /original as possible driver muscle cars and this fits the bill. Coolant changed Power steering fluid changed Wipers work Radio works Horn works Lights work Right blinker indicator on dash only light not working. 323 gear open rear end. Goes nice down the road 60 @ 3000rpm Very solid floors frame. Under vinyl just at lower corners of back window have a little something going on ,nothing major ! I’ve been involved with these a body cars my whole life this car is very solid. Build sheet was extracted from top of fuel tank there also is a partial build sheet stitched in back of rear seat back. Car was assembled at Framingham Massachusetts and was delivered to Elliot Buick Opel on Elmwood ave inProvidence RI. Drivetrain is fairly dry for a car of this age leaks a bit at speedo cable. I haven’t had to add any fluids in 1000 miles of use. The interior other than the drivers seat is presentable the black dash pad is mint . Front carpet rough/ rear good.
