Vehicle description
Beautiful 1969 MGB convertible. Full bare-metal exterior restoration with multi-coat repaint and all trim replaced in great condition. Image of the "before" car is in the pictures. Engine was replaced with a fully rebuilt unit 5-years ago. New radiator, alternator and fuel pump. Sony AM/FM/CD player. Top is in excellent condition. Wire wheels, including a full size wire-wheel spare. Battery has been undated to a single 12 volt unit with a locking switch to eliminate parasitic battery drain during storage. Transmission is solid. Only instrument issues are the tachometer with an occasional flicker. The oil pressure gauge reads low, but proper pressure has been verified by our shop. Car has been completely maintained by a MG specialist garage here in Columbus, Ohio with full maintenance records.
Selling simply because my wife has had 6 spinal fusion surgeries and can no longer ride in a car this small. Otherwise, I wouldn"t even think about getting rid of it.
