Vehicle description

1969 Lincoln Continental - Custom $55k Professional Restoration - Located in Park City, Utah This 1969 Lincoln Continental is an amazing example that has recently gone through an extensive ($55k) restoration by APEX Customs in Arizona. The restoration took a year and a half to complete, and this one-of-a-kind Continental is dressed to impress with less than 30 miles on it since the restoration. This is the last year of the coveted “suicide door” Lincoln Continentals. Current owner purchased the vehicle ten years ago in California. Vehicle is located in Park City, Utah. The vehicle is painted beautifully in a deep gloss black. The paint work was extensive and included all door jambs and the inside of the trunk and hood. The panels are nice and straight and the paint is polished to an amazing mirror-like finish. All chrome work has been blacked out. The paint received a full correction and was topped with a ceramic coating. All weather-stripping was also replaced as part of the restoration. The custom-designed interior consists of brand-new black leather seating and door panels with contrasting turquoise stitching. The dash has been wrapped in the same leather with matching stitching and the interior ceiling has been furnished with a suede/Alcantara fabric. The power front seat motor was replaced as well as part of the restoration. The vehicle features an extensive audio system that includes full JL Audio amplifiers and subwoofers with a Pioneer head unit. The trunk is custom finished with leather and consists of LED lighting in the trim panels to highlight the equipment. Dynamat sound deadening material was utilized throughout. The dash cluster has been replaced with the Dakota Digital VHX system that really updates the gauges. The original Lincoln dash clock was sent out and rebuilt. Other amazing features include remote-control door poppers for all front and rear doors and shaved door handles. The vehicle rides on an Accuair air-ride system that includes preset ride levels via a center console remote control. The rear air tank was custom painted and incorporated into the custom trim work in the trunk. Extensive suspension work was completed by APEX to outfit the Airride system. The vehicle features new 22” Hankook tires mounted on Gianelle Verdi wheels gloss black wheels. The braking system is new, and calipers have been painted gloss black to match. Again, 30 miles have been placed on this car since its restoration was finished over a year ago. This 1969 Lincoln features the 460 cubic inch V8. Both engine and transmission were rebuilt in 2016. The vehicle runs great and drives smooth. There are no leaks, and the engine does not smoke. The powertrain is solid and accelerates well. Transmission shifts as it should. There is a slight power steering growl at idle. An aftermarket exhaust system has been added for a much more aggressive tone. The battery was replaced recently. The vehicle has been sitting in a climate-controlled garage for the last year since restoration. The vehicle is titled in the State of Utah under the seller’s name. It is a clean Utah title. Seller is friend of mine and I am assisting him with the photos and sale. I am not a dealer. The vehicle is located in Park City, Utah, just 30 mins east of Salt Lake City. A $500.00 non-refundable deposit will be due at auction end via Ebay payment service. The remaining funds will be due within 7 days of auction end via certified funds only. The vehicle will not be released until all funds are clear and verified. Shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer; buyer should only consider an all-enclosed transport only due to the pristine condition of this car. The vehicle runs and drives great but is still sold as an “as-is” condition vehicle with no warranties expressed or implied. Thank you.
