About this vehicle This 1969 Ford Mustang is an original with updates to the exterior, interior and drivetrain. The owner has had it for 5+ years. Vehicle Details 1969 Ford Mustang coupe (Resto-Mod) Just had professionally all tuned: engine, transmission, rear end, brakes, and suspension all tune up, adjusted, and mechanically ready to go as car has been sitting in garage since restored and barely driven. Extremely low miles since rebuild, only driven on Sunday cruises and to small local car shows and always kept in door garage stored and covered. I am second owner since 2006 when bought from original owner in S FL who originally bought in South California. Original 351 Windsor v8 engine and original FMX transmission. Original 351W engine rebuilt with all Edelbrock components including intake manifold, 4-barrel carbuerator, water pump, & cam. All MSD ignition installed, Flowmaster American Thunder welded exhaust system w/ h-pipe and polished tips & w/ full length headers; new starter and new heavy duty alternator. Original FMX automatic transmission (rebuilt w/ shift kit) Complete ground up restoration a few years ago, garage kept since with less than 500 miles on it since rebuild. Almost everything is new or reconditioned in and out. All new chrome trim in and out, new oem dashboard, new carpet, new floor mats, Auto-meter tachometer and a-pillar gauges. Brand New deluxe door panels and trim still in the box! New headliner installed and another new one in the box. All lights new. Bumpers new including a second new front bumper still in box. New bolts, screws, fasterns, etc throughout. Brand new optima battery just put in w/ warranty; new fuel sending unit, fuel and brake hoses just replaced where needed and new Atwood brake master cylinder installed. All metal is solid and no rust with new complete doors, fenders, front & rear valances, tail light panel, lower quarter panels, front & rear floor boards, trunk boards, fire wall sealed up, metal divider welded in to separate trunk gas tank/rear seat area, new metal hood with mercury cougar eliminator functional hood scoop. Fiberglass side scoops and trunk lid and quarter panel extension caps. Included also in great condition is original trunk lid and quarter panel extensions if desire to return rear to original look. All high performance suspension and brakes upgrades from mustangs plus and aerospace racing. New upper and lower control arms, sway bars, bushings, shocks, leaf springs, tie rods, all of it new. Front upper a-arm 'Shelby drop', 620 coil springs, gas adjust shocks, reverse eye leaf springs; adjustable very high end traction bars. Engine bay cross brace and monte-carlo bar. K&N tall air cleaner (sticks out above hood under the hood scoop just slightly for functional ram air effect) Flaming River power assist steering. Full car new wiring harness from painless wiring. American Racing 16x8 rims with BF Goodrich tires, radial t/a high performance and slightly larger taller and wider ones in back. New windshield, rest of glass original and in great shape. Aerospace Racing Components 4 piston disc brakes all around. Aluminum and stainless. 1969 mustang 9 inch ford rear end with nodular iron 3rd member, 389 Richmond gears, detroit locker, and Moser 31 spline axles. Built to handle serious power. Subframe connectors welded in and 4 point roll cage with cross brace. All from mustangs plus. 4 point seat belts on high end Corbeau racing bucket seats covered in black leather and suade and original back seat redone with all new, foam etc., covered in same to match front black suade and leather. Air conditioning installed, and ready for final connecting and charge. 4 infinity speakers, infinity amplifier and Infinity subwoofer, all Infinity Kappa. Custom 2 tone metallic paint with nice clear coat paint job (Jay Leno’s Chevy corvette Galaxy Grey and second color is a BMW grey) Full cover, top quality high end in door car cover included.
