Marti report History Here is the history as I know it. It was built in Cleveland, then sold thru a dealer to someone in Nova Scotia. He owned it 20 years, then sold it to a guy in West Virginia, he owned it 20 years , then transferred it to his son ,who owned it 4 years. They only used it for parades. I bought it 6 years ago from the son, and had it shipped to Florida. I kept it garaged for 4 years, only used it for car shows 4 months in the winter. I had it shipped to Madison, OH and drove it only for car shows and cruise nights. I have only put only 600 miles on it. It has always been garaged and well cared for. It has been painted once, and I believe it was done by the dealer. The original color was burnt metallic orange, and the only produced 4 convertibles. It was an ugly color and hard to sell. In order to sell it, it was painted red. If I didn"t tell you this you would have never known. It is an excellent paint job, no where is there any trace of burnt orange metallic. All the chrome was removed for painting. The trunk , the underside of the hood, the firewall, and the door jams are all painted with no over spray. Believe me red is a knock-out color, and if your not a purest you wouldn"t want it burnt orange metallic.
This is a nice car, runs and drives excellent, and fun to drive. It has won many awards. No rust. It was well cared for and always garaged. It is the same size as the Ford Torino. Any questions 440 339 7446 John
