Vehicle description
Relisting due to buyer not paying. DO NOT bid if you do not plan on buying I WILL report you to E-Bay. Deposit is NON refundable.
Up for sale is my 1969 Cougar XR-7 351W, automatic, power brakes, front are disc and rear are drum, new front coil springs and new rear leaf with a 2" lift, I replaced the circuit board on rear of the dash cluster and replaced all the bulbs, also had the factory tach rebuilt with a 3 wire configuration by The Tach Man in SC, rebuilt the factory clock with a quartz mechanism, the power steering was replaced with a manual Uni-Steer rack and pinion, the FMX transmission was replaced with a rebuilt C4 with shift kit so the shifter did not work and we replaced it with a Lokar shifter, currently has a chambered exhaust a nice rumble at an idle and loud when you accelerate car is jetted for the Denver altitude, removed the vacuum headlight pump and installed a electric motor no more bleed off while at a car show or cruise night and the buckets open up. Installed a 1969 Mach-1 hood scoop with turn signals that are wired in with a factory mustang wire loom, so the turn signal in the scoop work. Front seats need to be reupholstered, back is good and the head liner droops a little but is not torn. I had the factory AM/FM radio fixed by a local shop in Denver so it works again. Tires are good. True mileage is unknown. I am sure I forgetting something so just ask if you have questions.
I can store the Cougar in locked and secure garage for up to 1 month after full payment is received, BUT I am NOT responsible if the vehicle is damaged or stolen so please insure.
I will help get it to a local Denver metro shipper that YOU chose after the certified funds are in my hands free and clear.
I reserve the right to cancel the auction at any time as it is also listed locally.
