Vehicle description

1969 Chevelle Super Sport
So I reserve the right to stop auction at anytime!
This is the real deal, It has the factory Tach, bucket seats, console, 12 bolt posi rear end, big block steering column and A/C. Can"t be to many real SS projects with a/c left around. The car will need the following- they are rusted to where I would not attempt to repair- trunk pan (one piece),frame horn rusted bad, but I have an extra frame to replace it or use as sections as desired- core support rusted bad, floors I would do a one piece., but are patchable if you desire. The outside rockers look real good. Also the package tray has rust. Doors are in good shape. The front fenders someone has welded in lower patches-pass side has bondo in front corner. IMO drives in useable pass is questionable. Quarters have been worked on there is some plastic in them I am sure but I think more than likely they are useable with a little work.
Car has two fuel lines and the tach reds at 5500 so I am pretty sure that it was a hyd lifter car and because it had air. Wheels and tires are nice. Plenty of tread left I would say 85% left. Both front and rear seats have been done by previous owner.
If a real Super Sport is worth an extra 5K over a clone of the same quality when done, and we all know it is. Then when it"s done you kinda getting the car for peanuts. Clear Indiana title in my name ready to be signed over. I live 1 hour north of Indy. Please call 765 206 0350 steve thanks.
The frame in the pic is included in the price. I once hauled a chevelle and frame on one trailer. I did this by making a wooden rack over the top of the car. Frame would have to be stripped first so it will be light enough to lift up there. Just a thought as I know it"s tough to get someone to bring it to you. extra rear end is a 10 bolt. I would bet my house it"s a non posi.
In the near future if this car does not sell I will consider parting it out. At the following prices. If you are interested in any of the parts text me so I will have a list. The car was on CL and I already have a list started. 1 person on the frame- 2 on the rear end- 1 on the doors- 1 on seats- 1 on steering column and shaft. thanks steve
