IS THIS A REAL Z28 RS/SS? No, it is not a real factory one, its a copy.
HEAD LIGHTS WORK, BUT NO MOTORS FOR THE DOORS! TAIL LIGHTS WORK! BRAKE LIGHTS WORK! TURN SIGNALS WORK! WINDSHIELD WIPER WORK! SPEEDOMETER WORKS! TACHOMETER NOT WORKING, I HAVE NOT CHECKED TO SEE WHY! TEMP AND OIL GAUGES WORK! They are mounted in the dash, I don"t like them that way. GAS GAUGE NOT WORKING!
HOW IS THE PAINT? I consider it upper end driver quality. I see no rust bubbles, no dents or big dings. I see some touched up chips. The body looks straight down the side and the shine is good. The should have taken 1 more day before painting an worked on some stuff down low, a few painted over chips and clean mating line. Car was hugger orange and it is now Daytona yellow.
HOW IS THE INTERIOR? Good headliner, dash cap has no cracks, seat cover good, door panel and carpet good. Worst thing I see is a little orange if I look from the out side at the very front, they did not pull the windshield and just misted black paint in. Windshield needs pulled and paint the front of the dash.
HOW IS THE GLASS? Good glass all around, side glass need adjust better for fit.
HOW IS THE CHROME? It all looks very good, the door handles do have some pits.
HOW IS THE ENGINE? Past owner said it was a 350, it sounds good, I hear no knocks or rattles, The carburetor is a Quadrijet, seems good other than no choke. I jump pump a little and let it warm up.
HOW IS THE TRANSMISSION? Its a good shifting Turbo 350.
HOW IS THE BODY? It seem real good to me, it does have sub frame connector, thats a good thing. No rusty holes on the underside.
THE CAR HAS BEEN TUBED IN THE REAR? The tube job was real good, trunk looks good, back seat around tube read good, the upholstery job was professional.
HOW ARE THE BRAKES? Decent brakes, disc front, drums rear and they are power.
HOW DOES THE CAR DRIVE? Not as good as I like, when you raise the rear and put big wide tires on the rear it does not make a car drive better.
WHAT IS THE THRE END? It is a 9 inch Ford positive traction.
HOW ARE THE WHEELS AND TIRES? Look like 8 inch on front and wider on the rear, they are Cragar SS and in good condition. Front tires look new, but rub on the right side backing out of my garage on full turn. 7 inch wheels work better without raising the front. Past owner did put fender trim on and it is wider, might be able to trim the inter edge of the trim off and get needed clearance. Front tire look almost full tread, back tires are 75% worn.
WHERE IS THE CAR LOCACTED? Athens, Tennessee 37303.

BOTTOM LINE? This is not a perfect 1969 Camaro, its a nice driver. If you want a Show Queen they are on ebay for a lot more money.
