Clean "Baja Bug" conversion on this "68 Beetle mechanically sound driver.Dual-port 1600 engine, fiberglass Baja panels in great condition, minimal cracking. Tube bumpers front and rear were freshly powder coated. Big 5 wheel adapters coupled with disc brakes all around. Increased ride height with adjustable shocks for the rough roads. Empi carbs and exhaust make this baby sing when flying down the road. New steering box and damper makes it track true. Newer bucket seats keep you planted. Upgraded "freeway flyer" transmission makes for effortless driving on the highway, but why, take this baby in the dirt!
