Vehicle description
True, 344 VIN code 1968 442 convertible, one of 5100 made, with 91k miles on the chassis. This car runs and drives strong with it"s 10-year-old rebuilt Rocket 400 and 3 speed automatic transmission, and everything that it needs to be street legal works. The KYB shocks are a year and a half old. It has a new HEI distributor, 4 core copper-brass radiator, water pump, fan clutch, brake master cylinder, drive belts, battery, and starter. It has had extensive brake work done, and the power brakes stop it with just a tap of the pedal. To add to the rarity of this car, it was equipped with factory AC, of which the original compressor and lines are still interact. Enjoy driving this beautiful beast while you bring her back to her original glory! Included with the car are new convertible top pump, blower motor, both factory service manuals in excellent condition, a full wiring schematic, original owner"s manual, odds and ends after market accessories, steering wheel lock, and more I"m not recalling at the moment. Get used to people shouting complements from their cars, approaching you while you"re parked, and maybe even giving a friendly honk sometimes. It"s a blast to brighten people"s days with the car you"re driving. I just want her to go to a good home, with someone who can do the work I had set out to do.
