A rare 1968 Oldsmobile 442 W30. This is not a clone, this is an original W30. It needs a complete Restoration. Body and frame is in decent shape, just the front fender has the usual rust on the bottom. The Engine is the correct W30 400 with the D heads, but NOT matching. The original was damaged early in this cars life and was replaced by identical correct motor. This is a 4 speed manual. The intake is missing and the carb is missing. I do have the distributor but for some reason the numbers match a 67 W30, not sure if they factory just had a few left over from 67 or if it was ever replaced. Not sure about the rear end, it could have been replaced also early in its life. The pics looks like a black car, but it is a red car that was painted over ugly early in its life as the red color underneath looks good. The interior is white. This is a red car with white interior, it does not get any better. The steering wheel is the original sport steering wheel for a 68 442.
The 4 speed muncie transmission is also included.
