1968 Mercury cougar. Rare f code 4 speed manual only 1% of 1968 cougars are manual transmission. It has a rebuilt 351 Windsor engine less than 1000 miles. Custom exhaust with headers. New carburetor air suspension in the back so you can lift the rear end giving it an aggressive stance. It’s a good-looking car body is straight no dents. Tires and rims only have trips around the block. Starts right up and drives but still needs lots of work. brakes need work, it has drum brakes on all 4 I wanted to upgrade o disk brakes infront but never got to it. The owner before me had a cheap paint job on it that looks good from 10 ft but as you get closer you see the flaws. Interior has good carpets and new dash. Seats need new covers and has a new headliner that needs to be installed. For the past few years I’ve been working on the road and have not been able to work on it. It stays in the Garage all the time. I start it up and drive around the neighborhood a few times a year. I’m moving and wont have a place to store it for a few weeks between houses so its time to sell it. hope someone else can finish what was started cause this car deserves it. I have around 8k into it so I’ll start at 5k any less and I’ll just hold onto it. Use USHIP and I can send anywhere.
