About this vehicle This 1968 Lincoln Continental is an original with updates to the exterior. The owner has had it for 2 years. The vehicle runs great. Buyer is responsible for shipping but If you are close to Montana I’d be willing to deliver, Vehicle Details 1968 Lincoln contential , I found this in a small town in Montana, was setting in a garage since 1987, to get it running I had to replaced fuel tank, sending unit, I rebuilt original carburetor, installed new rebuilt water pump, new radiator, it has 63000 miles on it and I bought it with 61000 , I am the second owner , I also have documents showing every service and every tank of gas with the gas mileage it was getting from 20’000 - 45000 . I have put about 30k into it so far and that has been for paint, trim restoration , Colorado custom wheels, and misc things the car needed to get on the road, I have Receipts for most of everything. The car runs and drives good, Just had front end completely rebuilt and a tune up. Things to consider, The car has full air ride, so while driving it low it has some play in the wheel, Starts a little rough when cold, it has a Edelbrock 1406 carb that works ok but I’d upgrade to fuel injection and I’m sure that would fix that. I have a scratch on passenger door 1 inch long There is a small ding on the trunk 1 inch diameter. Original interior is in really good condition but the seats are starting to rip . Windshield has a crack, Interior lights sometimes flicker All the windows work but you have to use the door switch’s the master will only roll down drivers and passenger rear, That’s all I can think of right now , but this weekend I’ll go through everything and list it here if there’s anything else negative .
