This car was sitting on 4 flats in Orange County California when I got it. I worked on it some to see what was there. Unfortunately I couldn't get the brakes working. I did put in a good master cylinder . So its likely the wheel cylinders or proportioning valve need replacement. The rust is minimal.One spot in the trunk, some along the lower portions of fenders and quarters thats bubbling , an easy fix. This car was sitting on 4 flats in Orange County California when I got it. I worked on it some to see what was there. Unfortunately I couldn"t get the brakes working. Little bit on one corner of the hood and worst part is , the trunk lid will need to be replaced.This is a great car to restore and it would be easier than most to restore. Its got a running engine, transmission that works, top that works, windows that work, and the seat wants to work (probably a bad ground). All the things I tested will function most likely as normal with cleaning, greasing, oiling, changing filters, new fluids, etc. I couldn"t get the brakes to work. I put in a good master cylinder but still no fluid at the bleeders. Wheel cylinders? Proportioning valve? Its not a big job. The body does have some rust. Although this car has been in SoCal most of its life, it did spend some time in Kansas back in the 80s according to a dash plaque.It needs a trunk lid most definitely. It needs some repair in the front lower corner of the hood. I have a spare you can have in the deal if you can transport it. The dash pad is in good condition. the interior and top need to be done obviously. The chrome and stainless is driver quality in most cases. The car is really complete. The jack is in the trunk as is the A/C compressor(bad?), along with some old convertible top pads and a top boot which really are only good as a pattern. It has 4 matching good tires I just put on it. Theres a lot there to get someone started putting this convertible cruiser back together. The car is sold "as is / where is".Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer but I can help with getting it loaded or make referrals for shipping companies over seas.I have a California Certificate of Title for the car.
