It is a rare 2 door coupe body style that is becoming harder and harder to find. I bought this car with hopes and dreams to make it a weekend cruiser but my plans have changed. This car has a solid frame and good bones but the floors front pans and the trunk pan will need some attention. The car did not have any engine when I purchased it and I didn’t invest in one before deciding to sell. Either way this car is well worth the time and investment for a true impala lover. I have searched the internet for days and haven’t been able to find many if any of this year impala. And when I do its gone within days. These cars are rare and cool for impala lovers of all ages. Below is a list of the good and bad of this classic ride The Bad *Has some rust but is very fixable *Car has body filler throughout and will need body and rust repair to be perfect *Will need a driver side door glass *Will need an engine and transmission replacement *Will need interior reupholstered The Good *Factory AC Car *Has a good VIN number *Highly desirable 2 door coupe “Fastback”style *All of the glass is good aside from missing drivers glass and cracked front glass *Bumpers are in good condition *All of the front grill is intact *frame is solid *Front and back seats are there. *I have purchased a replacement pan for the rear that goes with the car. *Matching set of s10 wheels. 14 inches front, 15 rear *Great blank canvas for a LS swap, Big Block out whatever you so choose. * *CAR WILL COME WITH A BILL OF SALE ONLY! * * This car is not perfect but for the asking price it is well worth it. An investment into paint, body work and an engine install would give you a car worth 20-30k or more. This car would be great for a person who's family had one as a child, a great gift for a husband or wife for cruise-in date nights, great father son project, someone who had one as a teenager, or even a person who wants a car from their birth year, the list goes on and on. These cars are cool no matter what age you may be and they are only getting cooler. I really do not have to sell the car so please no ridiculous offers. I feel as though the car is priced reasonably compared to other impalas in similar condition. I am pretty firm on the price but will negotiate within reason. If I am not able to get close to my asking price I am going to invest the few thousand needed to bring this ride back to life.
