Vehicle Details Up for sale is my 1968 Camaro SS, it has a Professionally built 396 (1967 engine Date Code) with a m21 4 speed transmission (same engine and trans the car came with but non original) and original rebuilt 12 bolt rear end. The car runs and drives good, it has brand new tires, original seats, door panels, and dash. Disk brakes all the way around, new break lines, new fuel lines, new fuel tank/sending unit. The headliner and sail panels have been Professionally replaced, ALL of the weatherstripping on the car is brand new, alot of the chrome on the car is brand new, brand new window felts all the way around, all original glass, 100 percent painted and seamsealed top to bottom (Professionally done). We decided to leave the outside of the car bare steel, minus the hood, a door, and the trunk(entire car was shot with ppg clear coat) so you could truly see what you're getting (not bondo filled), it has good body lines and good steel. Tubular A Arms with Lakewood Drag Shocks. The original owner ordered and had installed the aluminum Thrush sidepipes at the dealership before he left with the new car, so these sidepipes have been with the car since day 1. It has an aluminum radiator, correct AC Delco trunk paint. Working tic tach gauge cluster (clock keeps time great), new u joints, tie rods, ball joints, basically every single moving component of the suspension and drive line on the car is new, we used alot of original components except for what was a concern of safety or reliability (then it was replaced with new). Attached are block, head, and rearend casting numbers, along with vin and cowl. Clear Ohio Title in my name. As far as sheet metal goes the trunk and floor pans are all original and in Amazing condition. The entire car was bead/sand blasted before assembly. The new carpet is the correct 2 piece style, under the carpet are gm adhesive sound deadening mats. It has all new door cranks, locks, latches, rods, (essentially all door components that moved), one set of keys for trunk, glove box, and doors, and one set for Ignition. Items that still need attention include the front right signal marker light in the grill, it does not work because the outlet needs replaced, also the signals overall do not work unless you manually blink them so I'm assuming it is the flasher solenoid on the fuse block. This car will most definitely need a front end alignment before it can be driven any distance. Finally, the 4 gauge cluster in the console only has a working oil pressure gauge. The original cluster and harness unfortunately came up missing over a year ago when the car was last moved. I installed this new cluster from Classic Industries however the harness is on back order. Furthermore due to back order from certain suppliers this car does not have functioning heat or AC simply because some of the ductwork pieces need to be ordered and installed, the heater core is brand new, the fan motor works fine it's just not plumbed. Also as you can see in the pictures the factory radio is missing, that's an item that we never got with the car however please note that the metal dash has never been cut, that is very rare to find on these cars. If you'd like to know more about the car we'd be happy to show it to you or your mechanic, it is very honest and there is nothing to hide. If you'd like to set up a time or phone call just send me a message. Exterior Interior Engine Download the Motors app
