About this vehicle This 1968 Chevrolet Camaro is an original with updates to the drivetrain. The owner has had it for 2 years. The vehicle runs great and is used as a daily driver. Vehicle Details You are looking at my 1968 LS 5.3 turbo charged camaro. The engine is a forged 5.3, Brian Tooley stage 2 turbo cam and springs , short travel Johnson lifters. Pro 1 cylinder heads. TBSS Intake , Billit timing set, Tooley gaskets,ARP head and main studs, no cost cutting parts. This motor is making a conservative 800+HP on 16 psi and has lots of room to go higher. It is a flex fuel DUAL FUEL PUMP system with all the goodies that allow PURE Ethanol to be run,so the sky is the limit. Custom tig welded and fabricated stainless complete hot side. The turbo is a 78/75 VS RACING 2 TRANSMISSION: 3600 rev-max billit converter, completely rebuilt with shift kit. Every thing is controlled with the HOLLEY TERMINATOR X starts idles and runs amazing. REAREND: 12 bolt 33 spline race axels with c-clip eliminator. New brute strength posi unit. All new with 3:42 ratio. NEW SPICER 4" drive shaft with billit large yokes. 17x4 fronts with goodyear front runners. 15x8 rocket strikes on rear with mickey thompson 255x60x15 street slicks. Interior: is all original with a seam coming apart on the headliner, overall real good, unmolested, no console. Trunk and floor is all rock solid. Bottom line: This car is a high horsepower ride. I will not let anyone below the age of 21 to purchase this car. Car can be daily driven with given respect to those around you. This car is ready for some no prep racing to those interested. If you want to finish the paint the body is super solid and won't take much work to get it ready for your color. I have already installed new quarters and outer inner wheel wells. Will take very little to paint from this stage of completion. All lights work,all windows roll up and down, all doors lock and unlock with the key. There are lots of good things about this car I have probably forgot to mention, but this is the majority of it. A great foundation the way it sets or could be taken to the next level and turned into a super fine ride.
