Vehicle description

Up for sale is a beautiful 1968 Buick GS400. This GS400 is one of 8,869 cars equipped with the automatic transmission. The GS400 was rated at 340 horsepower from the factory which is very respectable for a car of that era. This car feels a lot like a Chevelle when you"re going down the road and has that mean muscle car rumble. The 400 is not matching numbers to the car, but it is period correct and was completely rebuilt with receipts included. It runs very strong and has been upgraded with Dougs ceramic coated headers, an aluminum intake and an HEI distributor. The Turbo 400 has a nice aggressive shift to it and has been completely rebuilt. The body and paint are a solid 8/10. There are dings and chips throughout the car that are typical of a car that has been driven. The vinyl top is in excellent shape and doesn"t show any signs of rust forming underneath. The chrome bumpers are beautiful and look almost brand new. The interior on the car is gorgeous and feels new. The seats and door panels have no rips or tears. This GS is a factory A/C with the original compressor included with the sale of the car. At some point in the restoration the compressor was removed and a non A/C dash pad was installed. I"m sure this can be easily reversed because the controls and firewall components are still on the car. Please watch the video ive included for a closer look at the car to give you a better idea of how clean this Buick is. If you"re looking for an affordable rare car with muscle car performance, this Buick GS400 would make a great candidate. I personally inspect and hand pick all of the muscle cars that come through our shop and I only buy what I"d park in my own garage. Car is sold AS-IS with no warranty.
