About this vehicle This 1968 AMC amx hertz rent a racer is an original. The owner has had it for 5 years. The vehicle is drivable and is mainly used for weekend drives. Vehicle Details 68 amx original 343 auto car. Fresh motor with dyno. Not a 390 as ac decal says. Twin grip rear and gauges with tach, tilt steering and go package. New tires. Has air but not charged. Runs out good and a very solid body on this car. Was originally white ( see pic) but was this color when I purchased it. Paint is presentable. Have a partial build sheet found in the seat that shows this car as being sold to hertz in 68. Do an online search and you'll see very few exist and this has the same options as those known about.
