1967 VW Beetle SURVIVOR
Up for auction is this Extremely RARE 1967 VW Beetle w/ Factory Sunroof! Built October 1966 this true Survivor is a one owner car originally brought in from a family collection in Germany in 1998, where it was placed in storage again for the last 20 years, the owners family has owned this car since new, It has been very well taken care of throughout their years of ownership. The body is very straight and presents a rust free car this car is a true survivor with only 1500 KLM showing on the odometer, the car retains the factory correct 1300cc 4 cylinder in mint condition. The carburetor has been gone thru, and the car runs very well. The 4 speed transmission shifts smoothly through all gears and runs very well. This car still has all its original accessories including the radio and rear wicker rack and straps. This car is supported with all its German paperwork and documentation. It has newer tires on original rims and hub caps. It retains the original rear bumper, original interior, carpet, exterior moldings, antenna, , steering wheel, arm rest pads. The headliner is in fantastic shape and the factory sunroof still works flawlessly. The running boards and front bumper were replaced with NOS parts in 2000.
