Vehicle description
1967 Toyota FJ40 Land Cruiser
Some details below . Chevrolet small block 327 MSD distributor Edelbrock carburetor New alternator Recently rebuilt radiator core Chevrolet MS250 4 speed transmission Transfer Case 6:00 to 1 ratio BF Goodrich Mud Terrain KM2"s (32"" tire) Front disc brakes / rear drum brakes Dana 44 front / Dana 60 rear diff w/ 3/4 ton axles New tail lights Rear jumper seat reupholstered Some little issues I never got around to doing below. Oil leak at the intake manifold Instrument cluster / speedo is in-op (current displayed mileage is not accurate) Blower motor for the heater needs to be rebuilt or replaced
Quick summary. . What you see in the pictures is what you get. EXCEPT for the roll bar. That was removed to accommodate the rear jumper seats. This is a great project for someone to take over. It is currently not worthy for frequent highway use due to the low gearing. Max speed is approamately 55-60 mph @ 3500 rpm"s. It will make a great rock crawler or mountain / camping vehicle. I hate to let this rig go but I just do not have the time anytime soon for a project.
