Vehicle description
1967 Sunbeam that had a 90’s full (resto-Rod) restoration. I have found no rust on this car and it has spent most of its life in California. There is over 8k into this car in the past few years.
Mileage is unknown and not original. I doubt the spedo is either as I had 2 of them come with the car when I bought it. I marked it as over 60 for Ebay purposes.
Features: Custom fiberglass fender flares, front extension and rear bumper cover. Custom Ford tail lights Mid-late 70’s Mustang V6 engine, auto transmission, and rear (8”). Brand new Ferrari style seats and rear interior carpet. Note: seats are very slim and intended for an average sized person.
Car is in pretty good shape and it’s a runner but it does need a little TLC.
I am not a mechanic but here are the items that may require attention. This is not an exhaustive list but all I can think of for the purposes of the sale: the cooling system is currently disconnected so it can be flushed out. I have all of the parts and a new thermostat. The left blinker has intermittent issues and the battery is completely dead. I may have a spare blinker unit and will provide it if I can locate it. There is also a small transmission leak that appears to only act up if it sits for a while and is probably the line or gasket, easy fix. .
Other than that, the gauges are not hooked up but the water temp gauge is active. I had used a cheap gps spedo and it worked great but is not included in the sale. The tires are old and there is a fuel cell in the trunk to replace the old split tank. The body lines could also use a little adjustment, as most of these do.
You are bidding on a 40+-year-old vehicle that needs some work. Please keep this in mind as it is not going to look or function like a newer vehicle.
I travel during the week so unless other arrangements are made ahead of time, this vehicle can be picked up on prearranged Saturdays or Sundays at my home in West Denver. The vehicle is not air or water tight so if you’re planning on shipping this please consider that and you will be responsible for any shipping arrangement and fees.
There is a 1000 deposit required within 24 hours of auction end and the additional payment must be made within 3 days of auction end. If the car is not picked up within two weeks after auction, the deposit will be kept and the car will be relisted for sale. If picked up in person, by the buyer, a clean title will be provided at the time of pickup. If shipped or picked up via proxy (representative/agent), the title will be mailed within 5 days of the pickup, however if I am in town, I will try to overnight it to you.
No returns, no returns, no returns. All sales are final. Please make sure you read all the details and looked at all the photos before bidding. Ask all questions before you bid.
