This is basically a new 1967 Pontiac Catalina. The entire vehicle has been rebuilt/repaired/restored, including- - -
Numbers matching 400 CID engine rebuild, including the following new items- - -
New cam
Hydraulic lifters
Alternator
Water pump
Replaced all hoses ,belts, plugs, wires,
Oil pump
Distributor(solid state- no more points)
Rebuilt carb
New exhaust
Painted and detailed
Brakes, all around, have been completely rebuilt (see before and after photo"s), including new master cylinder. Replaced rear axle bearings. Front suspension has been rebuilt. Custom wheels and brand new set of tires. Trunk has been restored and completely carpeted. All wiring issues repaired, including the replacement of headlights, taillight bulbs, etc. All body metal has been properly repaired or replaced (no Bondo). All exterior parts removed before complete repaint.
Interior completely covered with thermal and sound deadening before installation of brand new molded carpet. All seats rebuilt and have been covered with period correct new upholstery. New radio (AM/FM that looks original). New convertible top, with glass rear window. Has new vinyl cover that snaps over the top, when down.
Every interior and exterior item functions as originally intended. Built as a driver, not a garage queen. You can safely drive to any place in the nation that you choose to go.
Winning bidder must contact me within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $500.00 deposit is due within 72 hours of end of auction (Paypal accepted). The remainder is due within 7 days of Auction end. Payment must be either by cashier-check, or cash. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder or offer it to other potential buyers on a first-come, first serve basis.
