Vehicle description
This is a totally restored convertible with the exception of the radio. (I did have and electric antenna installed by not hooked up. The radio is an original am only and it does make noise. The car was manufactured in St. Louis, Mo. There were only 1,552 total convertibles made this year in all the Plymouth factories. There is no rust or rust repair in floor or fame. List of new and replaced parts: New Paint job New canvas convertible top with bows rebuilt New 18" wheels and tires 8"s and 10"s New duel - flow master- exhaust from motor back New engine bling, all aluminum, valve covers, intake manifold, 4 brl. carb., air cleaner assembly
New front disc brake system with new master and proportioning valve. New wheel bearings front and rear, rear end serviced New interior New ball joints, tie rod ends, center link, idler arm upper control arm bushings New aluminum 4" radiator with new upper and lower hoses and clamps New out side left mirror with inner controller New rear tail light bezels New electric distributor New tune up, plugs, cap, wires, air filter, gas filter, carb set with a smog machine New gas tank with new sending unit Shaved doors and truck with poppers Air brushed stripe replacing alum. strip down the sides Left rear axle shorted 1 inch to fit 10" wheel and tire 318 ci original engine, I was told numbers matching (this car was fitted with 318 o.e. New shocks (I have new rear air shocks-not installed) All door - truck - and hood gaps are perfect
