This 1967 Morris Minor 1000 Convertible is in great shape. It comes with its paperwork all the way back to when it was refurbished and shipped over to The United States back in 2000. The original owner purchased it on January 19, 1967. It was then acquired by Charles Ware"s Morris Minor Center LTD who went through the Morris and made sure it was road worthy. Charles Ware"s is well known for their work on these cars and always goes through them top to bottom and inside and out. They then sold it to a gentlemen here in the states on June 30th, 2000. At this time, the Morris Minor 1000 had 52,619 miles on it. I have all the paperwork issued when it came into the United States. After arriving in the United States, it was lightly driven and then put in a museum from 2009 until it was purchased by a lady who had it shipped to Florida and again drove it very little. The odometer now reads 55,536 miles. That"s right, it has had less than three thousand miles put on it since it was shipped over here from England! It has had a recent oil change, the tires are new and it drives very well. It starts right up every time. Just pull the choke out three clicks, turn the key and away you go. As soon as you drive off, you can push the choke in and enjoy the thrill of driving a car from the right side of the car! As you can see from the pictures, there is very little surface rust and the floor pans are in amazing condition. You will not find another Morris like this one with all the paperwork for the work done since it came across the ocean.
