Vehicle description
*NO RESERVE* I’ve been reluctant to sell my car but I guess I need to. She will sell to the highest bidder. Since I had bought the car it has essentially been in the same condition, drove it around a bit but have not put a lot of miles on it. It was in the shop for a year and a half, because a drunk driver clipped the rear of the car. It wasn"t damaged bad enough to be in the shop for a year, just that the body guy is a specialist in classic cars and there was a wait period to get the work done. . It is a professional paint job and the entire body and frame is straight as an arrow. It was set up on a jig and everything was replaced with brand new solid metal parts. The power steering pump is new, some hoses were changed, put on a brand new carburetor, wrapped the exhaust because a couple months after purchase we realized there were some exhaust leaks (I don"t have the money for a full exhaust system), front and rear windshields have new weatherstripping and windshields sealed up, and some other small fixes. Included I have a new left side mirror, a brand new dash, new brake booster, and a rear windshield molding trim kit that you can have as well. Never got a chance to install these items, but they are brand new and would be great to put on the car. She starts right up and can be driven as is. There are some small leaks due to sitting over time, as well as a cowl leak that I"m told is consistent with these years. Cowl cover is included although not 100%. Better to have garage storage, as most classic cars prefer. Overall, she is a great car and I honestly would love to keep it although I cannot. It is a project car still, but with just a little time and effort, she is show ready and a daily driver. SERIOUS inquiries only. Sold as is, all sales final. Please leave a voicemail. 718-440-7081.
