“Will require restoration. It appears everything is there. There is surface rust on all running gear as expected for a '67 vehicle, so each part would require a rebuild, blast and paint. There is some damage to the rearward part of the driver front guard and so one corner of the picture frame is simply suspended. There is some structural rust (pictured), which will want repairing.” |

1967 E Type Jaguar Series 1 4.2L Last year of the covered headlights Suit complete restoration Head has been replaced some time ago (see photo of block) Synchro 1st and would-be smooth driving 4.2-liter Replacement radiator Triple SUs Engine looks to be in great condition on the outside Filters, glass, knobs and chrome in the trunk, although unable to confirm completeness at this stage Wire wheels Originally delivered primrose yellow, the color Black Beauty began life as. Look her up! Cluster all there with toggle switches Was running from an external fuel source some 3 years ago These are beautiful cars and this example has great potential, however starting up a business has forced a regretful sale The hood seems to be a Series 1 (based on the covered headlights), however the panel fit is obviously poor, due to some structural damage or mismatch of panels. This is a re-advertisement (from July last year) as I had accidentally mixed in pictures with another vehicle. I have also obtained all the numbers that I can in that time. Numbers are as follows, Trans# 12866 BA20594 C20019 Block# C2643UFF I believe there may be another number to find on the block, but was unable even with an inspection camera.
