Vehicle description
1967 CHEVROLET ELCAMINO 283 Cubic Inch V8, Powerglide Automatic Transmission 92,719 miles THIS CAR IS BEING SOLD AS 54-YEAR-OLD SURVIVOR - RESTORATIONPROJECT. ALTHOUGH IT STARTS,RUNS AND DRIVES… PLEASE ASSUME THAT EVERYTHING WILL NEED TO BE GONE THROUGH ASI AM SURE THAT SOME PARTS WILL NEED REPAIRS OR REPLACEMENT. THIS CAR HAS NOT BEEN DRIVEN ON THE HIGHWAY IN MANY YEARS,BUT IT IS STARTED AND MOVED EVERY DAY (don’t assume that you can drive it home) CLEAN MISSOURI TITLE IN MY NAME Car was originally built in Kansas City, Missouri, which isnot far from where I bought the car in Kansas. Original color was Nantucket Blue (medium blue metallic) Medium blue, bench seat interior. Motor starts and runs smooth and quiet, appears to have hadno work or modifications done to it. Transmission goes right into gear and shifts as it should. 10 bolt differential is quiet The previous owner started doing some sheet-metal repairs, the floor pans have already been replaced. Aside from the work visible in the photos, there are someminor patches needed to the underside with the worst being the passenger side inner quarter extension (this piece is included in the sale). I have also noted a couple small spots on the frame thatcould use some attention. This is your opportunity to buy a classic unmolested ElCamino and restoreit your way… correctly. Please feel free to ask questions or request specificphotos, I want you understand exactly what you are buying. Thanks for looking !
