1966 Volkswagen Type 2 Split Window
Real Sundial Camper 1500cc Engine Original Paint - Polished 4-Speed Manual Walk Through Cab Fold Out Bed - Sundial Camper Barn Doors New Custom Seat Covers Original Hand Made Roof Rack Safari Windows Runs & Drives Great
This 1966 VW Bus is an amazing survivor with original paint, an original Sundial Camper. This bus was at California UCLA in 1967 as you can see by the original Parking Pass stickers that are still on the front bumper. She fires right up and drives great with proper power for a 1500cc and the transmission shifts and all gears work as they should. This bus was located in a barn here in Texas and has been gone though and had the front floor replaced with a correct replacement floor under the front rubber mat, as you can see in the pic with the mat lifted up. The only other spots of current rust is on the rear floor next to the barn doors as you can see pointed out in the pics. I also included pics from the underside and you can see the rest of the bus is solid. The tires are new, the engine had a complete tune, interior seat covers were custom made and because one of the original front window glass had a large crack we changed out the front glass with Safari Windows as it goes with the open Camper theme. I have driven the bus and everything currently works; horn, lights, window wipers, turn signals, rear lights and hazard lights. Call Ron at with any questions.
