We are Euclid Car Co at 1241 E. 286th St., Euclid, OH 44132. Thank you for looking at our vehicle. You will need a Paypal account to bid. Our hours of operation and pickup times are Mon - Fri from 10AM to 3:00PM. We sell all cars as-is. Buyer is responsible to check the car out personally or send a third party before bidding. When a customer comes to purchase our car, he or she should be 100% satisfied with the vehicle otherwise they should not have bid. If you win the vehicle, please send a $500 deposit (non-refundable for any reason) to our Paypal account within 12 hours. All cars are sold as-is, according to the Ohio Buyer’s Guide. As-is means that the buyer is taking full responsibility for every inch of the car from bumper to bumper, anything good and anything bad, which also includes body, frame, interior and all mechanical (including wiring). There is a $150 fee on all vehicles. If buyer needs a 45 day tag, the cost to them will be $25. We only accept cash, certified checks, or wire transfers to complete the purchase. We will give all buyers 20 days to pick their cars up. But all cars must be paid for in full within 3 business days of purchasing the vehicle or the vehicle will be relisted and resold. If you win the item, please send us a message through messaging with your full name you would like on the title, plus address, phone number and email address. With that information, I can complete the deal for you. If you haven’t bought 3 items on in the last 3 months, unless you call and speak to us first, your bid will be removed. If you’re having the car shipped, you can call our shipper Mike at Ext. 208. for a price. Our shipper will get the car to you within 4 days to 2 weeks at a fair price. All cars left on our lot after 20 days will be charged $18 per day. We do not have enough room to store everyone’s car. All sales are final. We"re offering for sale a 100% original 1966 Volkswagen Beetle. First I want to talk about the history of the car. Back in 1966, a young couple in their mid 30s were in Germany on their honeymoon. They walked into a Volkswagen dealership because she liked Volkswagens, and he purchased for her this exact Volkswagen as a honeymoon present. They drove it all over Germany then had it shipped back to America where they were from. They had the car until 2019. Now they"re in their 90s and they"re moving to a condo with a 1 car garage and they can no longer keep the Volkswagen, so they took it to a car show and sold it to the guy who I bought it from. He really had no use for the car, but he thought it was a cool car in unbelievably nice shape, so he made a deal with these people because he had to get rid of it after owning the car for 53 years. When they went to the title bureau to transfer the title, the title had zero miles on it because the car was still in the original owner"s name. They weren"t sure if it had 31K or 32K miles on it, so they guessed. Because they guessed, it was branded non actual. After I got the title from the gentleman who has now owned the car for about 2 and a half years, I fixed it and put down 31,587 and they told me if I wanted to fill out this paperwork and have the previous owner sign a notarized paper, take a picture of the speedometer and a few more things, they would change it back to actual miles because that"s what it is. It would take 20 to 30 days and I decided against it, but if the new owner wanted to fix it, it"s 100% fixable to say actual. Someone who is going to buy this car is going to buy an original car, and I feel the miles aren"t that important. I"m not saying it doesn"t have some upgrades along the way, because this car definitely had to be serviced sometime during its 56 year old life. Young kids that see this car think its brand new, that"s how clean it is. The original owners of this vehicle bought 5 brand new tires for it a few years back which are 100% factory original, ordered from Germany. The car"s been driven so little since then, it still has the little rubber spikes on the side that have not been worn off. It also comes with a right side factory mirror that came with the car that needs to be installed, which I showed a picture in the glove box. This car never had a radio and it"s always been in a garage. The body on this car is beautiful and original with a couple nicks touched up. I even showed pictures inside of the backseat to show how solid this car is. If you"re looking for an original, reliable, classic Beetle, it would be tough to find one nicer than this one.
