Vehicle description
Jaguar 3.8s Saloon -A fairly rare 4 speed with overdrive car. . More than 80% of US delivered cars were produced as automatics. This car was purchased from a dry storage barn and trailered to where it now sits in Eugene, Oregon 97402. Car is very solid but does have a few rust areas as most of these Jaguars do. Floors feel solid. This particular car is more solid than most that I’ve seen in these parts. Missing a few bits, unknown motor condition. .assume it needs work. I’ve not heard it run or driven it or started it. This vehicle is a great candidate for restoration as the 3.8s Saloon values have been climbing steadily. Most parts available through SNG Barratt or Moss Motors among several others. This car is missing the following parts: Radiator, fan, rear seat back rest, air filter box assembly, steering column cover plastic, dash top wood and a couple other wood pieces (similar pieces available locally pending auction completion). Upholstery is aged as would be expected. Grill assembly has small bolts in it as if it may have been damaged and then repaired but looks good enough to run. Clean title. Doesn’t run. Doesn’t drive. Doesn’t start. Doesn’t stop. Rolls easily. E-brake works. Needs work- Barn find. Been sitting. Trunk doesn’t currently open. .working on it. Tires are well beyond DOT age for replacement. Will require trailer or transport truck. DELIVERY TO OREGON, CALIFORNIA AND WASHINGTON LOCATIONS LOCATIONS POSSIBLE. More pictures on request anytime. Pay-Pal payment accepted and preferred.
