Up for auction 1966 Dodge Monaco Polara. If you are into Mopars you will love this car. Same owner for 42 years. California car bought new there. I have several invoices dating back to 1966 showing the service on it. Also have a Chrysler certification card still with car under hood in factory holder. I took this car in on trade and drove it back home 125 miles no issues at all. It runs & drives great. The engine and transmission are #"s matching to the car. The engine is a 383 magnum with a small cam that sounds great, just enough tot let you know that it is there. Put it in gear and go, car does not shake of shimmy at idle. In gear feels like maybe an 1800 or 2000 torque converter. Tranny is a 727 torque flite that shifts good and firm. The body and pain on the car are very nice with a nick or two here and there but has a great shine. Interior is original and in great shape other than a crack in the dash, which they covered with they correct dash cover. Car has dual exhaust that sounds great. Vinyl top in great shape. This is a very nice survivor that you can drive anywhere. Power steering & brakes. Everything works, even the trunk light. You won"t find a nicer one around.
