| “This is a very nice 1966 427/425 hp Corvette coupe. It has the original trim tag. 986 silver pearl with 900 tuxedo black interior. It has the original interior that came with the car when it was new including seatbelts. The motor and transmission are reported to be original. The motor and transmission numbers are matching. The car was redone in mid 2008 with new paint and the bumpers were re-chromed. Gauge cluster was reconditioned. New gas tank, all new trailing arm bushings, front and rear brakes, tires and wheels were also new. The engine was rebuilt in November, 2011. The carburetor was rebuilt to NCRS standards by Chuck Smith in California. The car has been driven sparingly since that time. The odometer is not functioning and has not functioned since I purchased it. No leaks” |
