Here is my 1966 Chevelle SS, 138 VIN with 1967 Corvette 427 big block. I am the third owner and have owned it for 9 years. I have original car invoice from the first owner. Car has original 73,000- mile body. Been garaged kept its entire life. Doors open and close excellent. Rust free original sheet metal. Car was painted once in the 80’s, original color. Overall paint is in good condition except hood (see pic). Hood is fiberglass showing its age. Chrome is good, except around driver’s side vent window and door handles. Engine is 1967 Corvette big block 427, casting number 3904351. Aluminum snowflake heads. Runs great. Turbo 400 transmission. 12 bolt rear 410 gears. Disc brakes in front. Rear tires will probably need replacing but hold air well. Interior original, showing some wear. Vintage racing seats. Glass is original. Windshield has small chip. Horn is on a separate button.
