Vehicle description
1966 Chevrolet C-10. Frame off restored rare long bed step side ‘66 Chevy Chevrolet C10 Pick up Truck. A true classic done RIGHT!
Truck was taken apart down to the frame….every nut and bolt have been either restored or replaced with new OEM … painless wiring, $2k stereo, COLD vintage air AC and heat work great, stunning Coker Tires with 95% tread, Magna Flow Exhaust, custom embroidered script chevrolet floor mats, all glass and rubber are new, locking gas cap, seat has saddle blanket cover over it but new grey vinyl seat is perfect underneath, custom fabricated inner front inner fenders, under body coating (rust preventer) Disc Brakes front, Drums rear. And I just had a new battery put in, all K&N filtration, and fresh oil. It goes down the road at 80mph strait, stops strait, no leaks/smoking, all gages work, no known issues. . it"s really is like a new truck! Spend $25-30k on this, drive, and enjoy it for 10 years and it"ll be worth what you pay now, maybe more. . if you spend that same money on a new truck it"ll be gone in 10 years!
I have a photo album (incredibly well documented showing that this was truly a complete restoration. .and giant stack of receipts documenting the entire restoration (pictured). I’m told the paint job alone (super high end aircraft paint) was over $8,000 and the entire restoration was right at $40,000. Right at 2 years and 2,000 miles since restored. Always garaged/covered, and never driven in rain. Comes with blue TX title and bill of sale both signed but not dated as shown in pix (so if your DMV is shut down due to Covid you can register it whenever they do open). This truck is built right and will be around long after we are gone! It"s a legacy truck that can be enjoyed and passed down. I’ve owned maybe 20 antique trucks and this one is by far the nicest, most attention grabbing truck I’ve had!…hate to sell it but just don"t use it much and it deserves to be driven and shown.
Terms: $1,000 deposit via paypal within 24hrs of auction close. Balance due within 7 days. When all payments are cleared I will priority mail out a box with the Title, bill of sale, Photo Album, Receipts, and all other info I have on the truck (this for the 48 US States, Hawaii, Alaska, or international buyers will pay actual mailing costs) Vehicle transport/shipping at buyers expense…I’m happy to help out coordinating pick up with your transporter…I know it takes time to line up a shipper so, as long as it"s paid for, there"s no deadline to get it picked up. Another option is to fly in and drive it home, I wouldn’t hesitate to drive it cross country (only issue would be fuel costs ;-) International buyers welcome, Port of Houston is close for shipping oversees. Truck is for sale locally and I reserve the right to end the auction early. Sold as is, where is, no warranty. Please come see this truck in person, or have your mechanic check it out, or ask any questions, before bidding. Please contact me before bidding if you have under 10 feedback. Someone is going to get an amazing ride fit for a KING. Good luck and happy bidding!
