Vehicle Details Chevrolet Chevelle. Real 396, 4-speed bench seat. Period correct 396, M-20 shows 1964 dating. Supposedly a real 360 horse car but I don’t have any documentation. Clean rot free with some surface rust in trunk and a little bubbling around rear window. Right quarter was replaced a long time ago but rest of car is original sheet metal. Looks like it retains about 60 of original paint and is slight patina but shines nice. It even has the decal on the trunk lid from the original dealership. Interior is all original but carpet was replaced at one time. Shows a little over 79,000 miles and would think it’s original. Runs, drives, shifts beautiful. Was appraised back in 2008 as a #2 car.
