| “Hello Everyone, up for sale today is my 66 Buick GS coupe. Perfect drivers quality car as it stands but it's definitely a nice restoration candidate since its a rare factory 4 speed manual coupe. Runs and drives great! True GS car with factory 4 speed manual hurst shifter. 6.6 401 V8 nailhead motor. Previous owner installed a posi rear and some hotchkis suspension components. Not sure what ratio the posi is, but it is definitely a high one. 60-65mph is doable but above that you start to get high in RPM's. Paintjob is not professional, and show plenty of flaws, but waxed up presents well enough. Very straight car, only found a tiny bit of body work in the drivers rear quarter. All chrome on front end has been re-chromed. Custom made radiator, new alternator, new water pump, list goes on!” |
