Vehicle description

This car is simply amazing. Talk about cruising the streets and getting heads to turn. Very rare and desirable. Unlike the more common Chevelle, the Skylark is the refined cousin that came standard with all the bells and whistles. But don’t let its refinement fool you. Under the hood is a powerful 340 v8 with 375 foot pounds of torque. That’s raw, badass, old-school American power at the back wheels. Want to bark the tires? No problem. When you sit at a stop light and rev the engine, the whole car responds anticipating you releasing the yokes we call brakes. She sports a new cross over exhaust which sounds like Angels crying tears of joy as the deep rumbling, throaty if you will, sound chases away rice burners. But you say, “It’s too much power! How can I drive such a specimen of American ingenuity?” Well, like I said before, this lady is refined. She sports factory air, power brakes, and power steering. The automatic transmission was sent off to Jasper for service and is still under warranty. (If you don’t know who or what Jasper is, this may not be the car for you) She was built to cruise the interstate at 80 MPH and does not blink an eye when you have to get around some Toyota Prius blocking the view. Let’s talk about the shape she’s in. It’s outstanding. This is a true garage kept car. No rust in the floor pans or trunk. No rust on the quarter panels. She’s straight and solid. Maintenance has been done professionally. 82,188 miles on the ODO, but she’s a weekly driver so this is subject to go up.
