About this vehicle This 1966 AMC Rambler Classic 550 is an original. The owner has had it for 1 year. The vehicle is drivable and is mainly used for car shows. Vehicle Details These things are pretty rare from what I can tell but I originally had plans to restore it to a somewhat 70s surf mobile, but as what happens with most projects I don’t have the time or funds to keep it going so I’m hoping to pass it off to someone who does! Pros: - Registered, expires oct 1st aka no back fees at all - Runs and Drives however not long due to a overheating issue (most likely the radiator or radiator cap) - I also have a new extra carburetor rebuild kit I will include - Motor runs perfect and transmission shifts great 3 on the tree. - Original service/owners manual included - Replaced: water pump/gasket thermostats and housing Spark plugs Spark plug wires Ignition coil Distributor cap Cons: Floors pans were rusted out but I cut them out and covered the floors with sheet metal and street signs.
